With our excellent
library of imagery, we can begin mapping your site upon receipt of ground
control data. To further speed the process, we are pleased to introduce Electronic
Expedite, the way to fast track smaller mapping projects. Rather than
waiting for the mail, waiting for documents to pass back and forth,
waiting for aerial photos to be marked and shipped, then returned again,
we offer an electronic alternative for ordering, payment and shipping of
digital mapping.

1)
Fill out our electronic form
and e-mail/fax us showing your mapping
outline.
2)
E-Topo will prepare and return a contract
via e-mail. Read the contract and
examine the accompanying figure (link
provided in contract to download imagery
from our FTP site)
to confirm that the mapping limits are
correct and that the imagery is suitable (changes to site since
photography captured, areas of dense trees, etc.) If the mapping limits
are not acceptable, revise and resubmit them to us. We will issue a new
contract and figure. Click on the “I Accept the proposal” link on the
contract to proceed.
3) Confirm
your acceptance by phone ((603) 569-2400) (Call between
8:30-4:30 M-F) with a credit card payment. To expedite a project, full payment by credit card is required at the time of
acceptance of the contract and prior to your submittal of the required
control data and our delivery of mapping.
Please supply us with the Credit Card Type (Visa or MasterCard
only), Number, Expiration Date and Billing Name and Address if different
from what appears herein. Please
note, full payment in advance also waives our normal 2% credit card
processing fee;

You perform the ground control survey and return the values to E Topo in
the specified format
via e-mail (expedite@e-topo.com);
5)
Upon receipt of ground control values, E-Topo will begin compilation and deliver
the mapping via electronic download from our FTP site, within three (3)
business days.
